To reserve your appointment, we require a card on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking—it is simply held securely on your account.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• 24+ hours’ notice: No charge 
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: $35 cancellation fee 
• No-show appointments: Charged in full for the scheduled services

Your appointment is a reserved table, thoughtfully set aside just for you. This policy allows us to honor our therapists’ time while extending that same care to every client we serve.
