We understand that unplanned issues occur and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Our massage therapists want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another clients loses an opportunity to be seen. Although we have always had a cancellation policy, circumstances have caused us to enforce a policy of charging for no-show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. As of February 1, 2014 there will be a fee of $25.00 assessed if we do not receive a call to cancel an appointment.
If keeping a schedule becomes a consistant issue; we will have clients pre-pay for their service at the time of scheduling.
Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY & DEPOSITS
All massages are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
ALL Couple's massages are subject to a $50 non-refundable deposit that is required when the appointment is made.
The deposit will go toward the price of the massage when the appointment is kept. If the massage is rescheduled before the 24 hour period, the deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Cancellations or no-
shows within the 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
