A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or an appointment is missed, the full session amount will be charged to the card on file.
Your card information is taken at the time of booking to hold the reservation, but it is not charged until the day of service. You may use the card on file or choose a different payment method at checkout.
