I graduated from the South Dakota Culinary Academy in 2009. After school I worked in the industry for 15 years. Eager to try something completely new, I found Royal Table Massage and instantly knew this was the “new” I was looking for in my life. The team here is great and the clients are even better! In my spare time I am always seeking out things to do. I’m big into scrapbooking, baking and crafting. I am a busy go-go-go person and I wouldn’t have it any other way. When the day is done, I can usually be found curled up on the couch watching Netflix with my fiancé and our two kitties. I look forward to helping find the right therapist for you and your needs!

I am recently retired with over 30 years in the credit card industry.  After only 6 months, I find myself needing to do something.  Hearing Royal Table could use a part-time receptionist was just what I was looking for.  I've been around the staff and have already felt a warm welcome.  In my spare time, I enjoy being a grandma and watching Jeopardy. I also like traveling to see the extended family and spending quality time with my daughters.  Nights are usually spent relaxing with the hubby and watching tv (Thank you Hallmark). I look forward to meeting you.

Hello, I’m Tammy. I happen to be the owners mom. I was quite the entrepreneur in my day as was my dad and I think my daughter got a little bit of that from us. I love being a grandma as all my grandchildren seem to always be able to brighten my day.  I am a receptionist here at Royal Table Massage. It feels like family here because it is. My hobbies include taking pictures of nature (how God shows me his beauty), looking at houses and driving around town...it has grown so much! Vacationing in the Black Hills is what I look forward to every year. Make an appointment, come on in and welcome to our massage family.

Hi guys! I am Lacey. I'm an outgoing busy body that enjoys using God's gifts to serve others. I have been on the customer service side of things for pretty much my whole life and love meeting and talking to new people. Outside of work, I love baking, crafting, fishing and doing hair. I do hair-part time as it is a passion of mine.  I'm happy to be part of the crew here and am excited to see all the new faces.

Greetings, I recently moved here from a small town in MO. I'm interested in meeting new friends and trying new things. I am a two, yes two, time cancer survivor with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. I have been drawn to this industry for the past 20 years and was finally able to attend massage school starting this fall! I wish to be completely submerged in the culture here at Royal Table and be able to provide much needed service to those in need of  self care.

Being healthy is a life style, that's what I believe and massage is just one part of that. Hi. I'm Abby. I am a health nut. Some hobbies of mine are hockey and kayaking; anything outdoors really and I'm in. I love the flexibility that Royal Table offers but more importantly,  I relate with people who have chronic pain and am compelled to help others the way that I, myself, have been helped.

Touch is the most powerful 5 letter word out there.  Listen to and take care of your body. I will help you take care of you.

Hi, I'm Amy, a graduate from the South Dakota School of Massage Therapy! I did my internship at Royal Table Massage and enjoyed the clients/staff  and appreciated their kindness. The location is a beautiful building with lots of character and a history as the School of the Deaf, which I find fascinating. Massage provides me a way to share a healthy time with people to relax or receive relief of tension for a time in our busy world. I have found I enjoy the one to one conversations and the peace of the quiet atmosphere. Massage provides healing to me and my clients in so many ways.  When I'm not at Royal Table, I enjoy taking continuing education classes like Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Lomi Lomi and classes on the effects of massage for anxiety. I also enjoy hiking and challenging myself on new trails. I find baking and card making to be very therapeutic too. Mostly, I love being with my family! I look forward to working with you!

Greetings, Anna here. I hope that as a therapist, I will be a good fit for you. I have over 15 years experience in the medical field. It's in my blood to assist & support others to be able to live their best quality of life. I graduated from SD School of Massage Therapy in 2021. I am certified in deep relaxation. I love blending an assortment of modalities together to create and deliver a personalized massage experience.  A neat side note is that each massage I give,  I learn from. I love learning tips and techniques and would be thankful for feedback as it actually helps me become a better equipped therapist for you.

Taking care of myself is equally important. I work hard at staying fit mentally, spiritually and physically and in doing so I have found solace in being here.  I will admit...I do love a good donut from time to time. I'm married with 3 grown children and one absolutely adorable granddaughter and 3 dogs, two of which are large mastiff's.  I enjoy hot yoga and playing games.        If you see me out 'n about say Hi!

Cheers, Anna

Hello all. My name is Bobbi. I am a cosmetologist at heart that specializes in nails and facials. It just made sense to add massage therapy to my repertoire so I can offer my clients a total well-being experience. I love finding spots that you didn't know you had.  I am certified in a few fun modalities: sports massage, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, hot stone, cupping, deep tissue release, cranial sacral release and myofascial release.  I chose to work at Royal Table because I fell in love with the calm vibe. I am married with 4 kids and a pitbull named Encore. When not working, I enjoy home renovation projects, taking pictures, making my own bath and body products, selling clothing at my boutique, Heart Lights, camping, hiking and traveling.

"Small but Mighty"

I joined the team PRN in 2015 after graduating with my associates degree from National American University. After working for a few chiropractors in town, I officially joined Royal Table full time in December of 2018. I work to slowly engage with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension and pain. My style combines a mixture of Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue techniques, providing a relaxing, yet effective massage. I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy, Cupping, Prenatal Massage and Ashiatsu Massage. I enjoy working with all clients to resolve headaches and chronic pain among other issues they may be having. Adjusting each massage to the individual client, providing a specific massage for your needs. I look forward to working with you!

Providing holistic healing and helping people reduce stress is why I chose to join the massage industry. Graduated in 2019 from SDSMT. I'm a life long learner that loves to read and watch movies. I genuinely would love to work with you.

I graduated from the South Dakota School of Massage Therapy in 2015. I’ve always had a passion for helping people, knowing a lot of people who suffer from anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia and oncology. Knowing what I could do for them as a Massage Therapist is really what pushed me to pursue this career. Not only am I a therapist, I am also an artist. Being a Massage Therapist means I get to help the world with their problems. Being an Artist means I get to work on my own problems. I am certified in Reflexology. I choose to work at Royal Table Massage Therapy after school because I found the perfect fit for me here. When I am not working, I enjoy art, music and hanging out with my dog Ruckus and my cat Mischief. I look forward to working with you!

I went into massage therapy because I wanted to be able to help people in a way that was good for the mind and body.  I am a new massage therapist. I just graduated in December of 2021 from the SD School of Massage Therapy and also have a degree from SDSU, Go JACKS!  My favorite part of massage is being able to help people relax and feel better.  We live in a fast paced world and being able to slow down and enjoy things makes a huge difference in our mental health.  I currently have certifications in hot stones, bamboo and prenatal. I chose to come to Royal Table because I love the atmosphere and want to work with and be part of this amazing team.  In the other half of my work life, I work for a bike shop in town and love helping my customers meet their biking goals.  I have a wide variety of interests and call myself a serial learner.  I love to try new things then try something else!

Have you heard the expression a little hippie a little hood? That’s a good starting point at describing me. Drawing and doodling are just as therapeutic to me as massaging. I encourage people to find the healing outlet that works for them and use it.

Deep respect goes to my mom who can be as fierce as she is loving. She is the massage therapist that drew me into this field by being so strongly impacted herself! I look up to my mom and want to be like her someday. Today is that day.

I’m particularly sweet on the elderly population. Their stories, what they have witnessed, lived thru’, how bodies age; gracefully….and not so gracefully in some cases. Please come see me if you are thinking that massage could help you, even a little.

I am new to massage therapy. I entered this field to heal my own injuries and pain. My background in the US Naval Hospital along with my own personal journey has helped prep me for this path in holistic healing. My techniques blend stretching, movement and massage into a unique session to promote mobility while stimulating targeted muscle groups. One of my go to tools during my sessions is the massage gun, which I am trained in on a professional level.

I interned at Royal Table Massage while I was in school at the SD School of Massage Therapy and did enjoy my experience and wanted to be part of the culture here.

Outside of work, I enjoy martial arts and spending time with Shadow.  She is a big ol' teddy bear; Black Lab/Saint Bernard mix.

I would like my clients to know that I am a great listener. I also take massage therapy serious and want people to enjoy

 every. single. massage.

Back in high school, I watched an episode on the discovery channel about how a massage therapist helped a walrus gain mobility back in its fin.  Mobility was literally life changing in this case. This episode showcased  an emotional two year process that documented the struggles and triumphs. Sounds seemingly insignificant reading it, I know.   I was so incredibly moved by seeing this. It hit me right in the feels. I wish I could describe how powerfully impacted I was and have stayed since then. There was no question after that, I was one of the lucky ones and knew from a young age what I wanted and was meant to do.

I graduated high school early so I could enroll in massage school and get the show on the road! I cherished class and fell head over heels with what this industry offers and I was happy as a lark  to be part of it. I graduated in March of 2001 from the SD School of Massage Therapy.

One day during massage school, I passed out during yoga class. When I regained my senses, I awoke with my massage instructor, Robin Jensen, hovering over me. She said she felt an abundance of energy in my abdomen area and asked if I was pregnant. Abruptly, I said NO! I thought the mere suggestion was absurd. As most stories go, come to find out…I was indeed pregnant with my first son.

As a graduation present, my mom surprised me with a handmade massage table created by local tradesman, Kenneth Neuharth and upholstered by Jean Vandekeift.  I had the schooling, an amazing table, now I needed a name so I could start my massage practice.  I was helping mom at her thrift store one day, and my new massage table was set up right in front of the cash register. I kept looking back and forth between the table and the register thru’ out the course of the day trying to come up with a name for my business that I thought would be fitting.

The brand name of the register was “Royal”.  Royal… (new massage table sitting in front of the register) table. Royal Table.  And that is how the name Royal Table Massage Therapy came to be. Shortly after that, with the support of my family and on a wing and a prayer, I leased a commercial space in Sioux Falls, SD on the corner of 41st and West above the ol’ Johnson Appliance Building and Royal Table Massage Therapy was officially official in the spring of 2001.

My first son, Gavin, was born in Sept. of 2001. Blake, his brother was born in the summer of 2003 and the last of my all-boy crew were a set of twins that came on the first day of Spring in 2008, Gauge and Jacob. It has been interesting to find the work-life balance and honestly, it is an ever-evolving cycle that naturally changes thru’ out the years.

Fast forward to 2018 and I was presented the honor and opportunity to buy the nostalgic South Dakota School of Massage Therapy, Inc. I was beyond blessed to be able to make my dream become a reality. The building that now houses these dreams was purchased a few months before the pandemic. Timing was quite unnerving but… we have flourished here and my heart is happy!
