Nothing says happiness and wellness better than client right after getting a massage. I've been in the hospitality business for over 15 years and love making people feel welcomed.
Staying positive and focused stays at the top of my list. I am a mother of 3 who likes walking and reading.
Having graduated from the South Dakota Culinary Academy in 2009, I devoted 15 years to the culinary industry post-graduation. Yearning for a fresh start, I discovered Royal Table Massage, and immediately sensed that this was the exciting change I had been seeking. The camaraderie within the team is fantastic, and the clients make the experience even more rewarding. Beyond work, I'm always on the lookout for new activities. Whether it's scrapbooking, baking, or crafting, I thrive on keeping busy. A perpetual go-getter, I cherish my bustling lifestyle. When the day winds down, you'll likely find me cozied up on the couch, indulging in Netflix with my fiancé and our three spoiled kitties. I look forward to helping pair you with a therapist that will best suit your needs.
I am recently retired with over 30 years in the credit card industry. After only 6 months, I find myself needing to do something. Hearing Royal Table could use a part-time receptionist was just what I was looking for. I've been around the staff and have already felt a warm welcome. In my spare time, I enjoy being a grandma and watching Jeopardy. I also like traveling to see the extended family and spending quality time with my daughters. Nights are usually spent relaxing with the hubby and watching tv (Thank you Hallmark). I look forward to meeting you.

Being healthy is a life style, that's what I believe and massage is just one part of that. Hi. I'm Abby. I am a health nut. Some hobbies of mine are hockey and kayaking; anything outdoors really and I'm in. I love the flexibility that Royal Table offers but more importantly, I relate with people who have chronic pain and am compelled to help others the way that I, myself, have been helped.
Touch is the most powerful 5 letter word out there. Listen to and take care of your body. I will help you take care of you.

Greetings, Anna here. I hope that as a therapist, I will be a good fit for you. I have over 15 years experience in the medical field. It's in my blood to assist & support others to be able to live their best quality of life. I graduated from SD School of Massage Therapy in 2021. I am certified in deep relaxation. I love blending an assortment of modalities together to create and deliver a personalized massage experience. A neat side note is that each massage I give, I learn from. I love learning tips and techniques and would be thankful for feedback as it actually helps me become a better equipped therapist for you.
Taking care of myself is equally important. I work hard at staying fit mentally, spiritually and physically and in doing so I have found solace in being here. I will admit...I do love a good donut from time to time. I'm married with 3 grown children and one absolutely adorable granddaughter and 3 dogs, two of which are large mastiff's. I enjoy hot yoga and playing games. If you see me out 'n about say Hi!
Cheers, Anna

I have been doing body work for eight years. Being entrusted to uncover the stories and mysteries each body holds is one of the most sacred honors. I strive to create a safe place for every person. My path has taken me many different directions. I’ve studied many modalities of massage; my most niche being Aquatic Integration. I have an extensive background in disability and disorder and love the opportunity to personalize every session and hold space for unique needs. I have a more recent background as a birth assistant/prenatal massage therapist and love being a part of the birth process from beginning to end. I am a certified infant massage therapy and love being able to use the art of touch to nurture the beautiful bond between parents and children long after the birth. Outside of massage I have a degree in childhood trauma and work with a wide variety of children at the Children’s Home Society of South Dakota. It’s one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. In my free time, I love to kayak, hike, and spend time in nature. I also love to travel when I have the opportunity. I prefer a slower lifestyle and love exploring self-care techniques and grounding strategies as much as possible. And, most importantly, I love to spend time with my Pitbull Taya who was a surprise addition nearly 3 years ago and continues to be the best part of my life.

Hello all. My name is Bobbi. I am a cosmetologist at heart that specializes in nails and facials. It just made sense to add massage therapy to my repertoire so I can offer my clients a total well-being experience. I love finding spots that you didn't know you had. I am certified in a few fun modalities: sports massage, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, hot stone, cupping, deep tissue release, cranial sacral release and myofascial release. I chose to work at Royal Table because I fell in love with the calm vibe. I am married with 4 kids and a pitbull named Encore. When not working, I enjoy home renovation projects, taking pictures, making my own bath and body products, selling clothing at my boutique, Heart Lights, camping, hiking and traveling.

I entered the world of massage therapy fueled by encouragement from friends. A serene ambiance with softly lit rooms drew me in—I envisioned bringing relaxation to even the busiest individuals, if only for an hour. My passion for this field ignited after my first massage as a young adult, and I'm dedicated to sharing the transformative benefits of relaxation.
I chose to join Royal Table Massage Therapy for its flexibility and hands-off management style, which resonates with my preference for autonomy.
Beyond massage, my interests include crafting candles and family camping trips. Born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, I'm thrilled to invite you to experience the calming effects of massage. Let's create great moments in this great place—, where 'Great Faces, Great Places' is more than just a motto.

I entered this field to heal my own injuries and pain. My background in the US Naval Hospital along with my own personal journey has helped prep me for this path in holistic healing. My techniques blend stretching, movement and massage into a unique session to promote mobility while stimulating targeted muscle groups. One of my go to tools during my sessions is the massage gun, which I am trained in on a professional level.
I interned at Royal Table Massage while I was in school at the SD School of Massage Therapy and did enjoy my experience and wanted to be part of the culture here.
Outside of work, I enjoy martial arts and spending time with Shadow. She is a big ol' teddy bear; Black Lab/Saint Bernard mix.

Hey all, I'm Fanix ( that is pronounced like "Denise" but with an "F") I was educated in South Florida at American Institute of Wellness and Beauty and I have just about 13 years of hands-on experience as a massage therapist, 3 years as a massage therapy instructor and just over two years as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in corrective exercise. It's very easy to say that I LOVE what I do and the human body may or may not be my thing!
I began my career while deciding between a career in psychology or medicine and found my true love somewhere along the way while I was in massage school and I haven't looked back! I thoroughly enjoy helping people and that sincere care flows freely from the moment I meet my clients. I have spent my career working with primarily professional athletes and those that have been through injuries and accidents. As someone that suffered a catastrophic injury that almost ended my career, I fully know and understand not only the pain that people experience, but also how to correct the cause of that pain. My natural pressure is medium to firm, but my clients range from babies to football players meaning I can adjust my pressure as needed.
Certifications I hold: Swedish, Sports Massage, Prenatal, Infant Massage, Cupping, Hot Stone, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Deep Relaxation, and Stretching. I plan on adding more! When I'm not at work, you'll often find me on the golf course, teeing off, hitting the gym, or practicing hot yoga alongside my fiancé. We also cherish quality time with our beloved dogs, Gunner and Gaia. I look forward to meeting you and also meeting your massage needs and goals! Toodaloo!

Once you find your harmony, it's hard not to love what you do! Holistically, it is rewarding to help heal body and mind at the same time.
I genuinely care about my clients and love to see them walk out after a session felling confident, comfortable and restored.
I felt connected to Royal Table being a graduate of SDSMT. The therapists here are encouraged to express themselves and have lots of freedom. I plan on continuing to learn more modalities. I am passionate about personal growth, nature, relationships and art.

Hey there! Mary Jane, MJ for short. I graduated In September 2022 from the South Dakota School of Massage Therapy, and it was the best decision I have ever made! My passion for caring for others began at a young age, after spending four years in the medical field I felt it was time for something new! I love the holistic side of health and wellness that massage provides us. Not only are sessions beneficial for my clients but they also positively impact me. I find that I meditate best while giving a massage and leave the session just as relaxed as the client. I specialize in Swedish massage, cupping, hot stones and deep relaxation. I encourage people to find a healing outlet that works for them and to use it. Self-care is never a selfish act, you deserve it.

I graduated from the South Dakota School of Massage Therapy in 2015. I’ve always had a passion for helping people, knowing a lot of people who suffer from anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia and oncology. Knowing what I could do for them as a Massage Therapist is really what pushed me to pursue this career. Not only am I a therapist, I am also an artist. Being a Massage Therapist means I get to help the world with their problems. Being an Artist means I get to work on my own problems. I am certified in Reflexology. I choose to work at Royal Table Massage Therapy after school because I found the perfect fit for me here. When I am not working, I enjoy art, music and hanging out with my dog Ruckus and my cat Mischief. I look forward to working with you!

Back in high school, I watched an episode on the discovery channel about how a massage therapist helped a walrus gain mobility back in its fin. Mobility was literally life changing in this case. This episode showcased an emotional two year process that documented the struggles and triumphs. Sounds seemingly insignificant reading it, I know. I was so incredibly moved by seeing this. It hit me right in the feels. I wish I could describe how powerfully impacted I was and have stayed since then. There was no question after that, I was one of the lucky ones and knew from a young age what I wanted and was meant to do.
I graduated high school early so I could enroll in massage school and get the show on the road! I cherished class and fell head over heels with what this industry offers and I was happy as a lark to be part of it. I graduated in March of 2001 from the SD School of Massage Therapy.
One day during massage school, I passed out during yoga class. When I regained my senses, I awoke with my massage instructor, Robin Jensen, hovering over me. She said she felt an abundance of energy in my abdomen area and asked if I was pregnant. Abruptly, I said NO! I thought the mere suggestion was absurd. As most stories go, come to find out…I was indeed pregnant with my first son.
As a graduation present, my mom surprised me with a handmade massage table created by local tradesman, Kenneth Neuharth and upholstered by Jean Vandekeift. I had the schooling, an amazing table, now I needed a name so I could start my massage practice. I was helping mom at her thrift store one day, and my new massage table was set up right in front of the cash register. I kept looking back and forth between the table and the register thru’ out the course of the day trying to come up with a name for my business that I thought would be fitting.
The brand name of the register was “Royal”. Royal… (new massage table sitting in front of the register) table. Royal Table. And that is how the name Royal Table Massage Therapy came to be. Shortly after that, with the support of my family and on a wing and a prayer, I leased a commercial space in Sioux Falls, SD on the corner of 41st and West above the ol’ Johnson Appliance Building and Royal Table Massage Therapy was officially official in the spring of 2001.
My first son, Gavin, was born in Sept. of 2001. Blake, his brother was born in the summer of 2003 and the last of my all-boy crew were a set of twins that came on the first day of Spring in 2008, Gauge and Jacob. It has been interesting to find the work-life balance and honestly, it is an ever-evolving cycle that naturally changes thru’ out the years.
Fast forward to 2018 and I was presented the honor and opportunity to buy the nostalgic South Dakota School of Massage Therapy, Inc. I was beyond blessed to be able to make my dream become a reality. The building that now houses these dreams was purchased a few months before the pandemic. Timing was quite unnerving but… we have flourished here and my heart is happy!
